Join us for a 2-day retreat:

This retreat is designed to help all levels of community helpers from mental and behavioral health professionals to case managers. We will engage in effective proven ways to prevent burn out. 

  • We will explore how historical trauma has impacted our Tribal Nations across time and generations.

  • How it effects relationships, communities and responses

  • Learn to recognize and address work related burn out, compassion fatigue and vicarious trauma.

  • How to effectively use coping skills and process accumulative trauma
